Finally getting around to making my comments about Collaborate 2016 and I've started by reading my summary of 2015.
This year a lot of things had moved on, there was more clarity around Oracle's strategy in Apps and in General, if you weren't there don't worry it is easy to understand the main message; It is Cloud.
